Turn long YouTube videos into Shorts worth posting.
Paste a video or a livestream replay. Audience Labs finds the moments that stand on their own and hands them back as vertical clips with captions burned in, for Shorts, TikTok and Reels.

Everything between the YouTube link and the upload.
Video or replay
youtube.com/watch, youtu.be or youtube.com/live links. The length shows as soon as you paste it.
Every word timed
The spoken language is detected automatically, and laughs, shouts and sudden silences are marked too.
Complete moments
Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, reads the whole stream and picks setup, payoff and reaction together. The timing comes from the transcript, never guessed.
9:16 Shorts
Reframed to vertical, captioned word by word and encoded for the length and bitrate limits of Shorts.
Or keep the whole video, with subtitles.
Choose “Don't clip” and you get the full video back in its own frame with subtitles burned in, plus an SRT file. Fix any line in the editor and render again, or translate the subtitles into another language.
Live right now? Clip it when it ends.
Mark a running livestream “Clip when it ends” and its replay is clipped a few minutes after the stream is over.
New uploads and lives, clipped on their own.
Save your YouTube channel and choose what to follow: regular videos, livestreams or both. Shorts are skipped. With auto import on, each new one is clipped after it is published or the live ends.

YouTube questions, answered.
Which YouTube links work?
Regular videos and livestream replays: youtube.com/watch, youtu.be and youtube.com/live links. One link is one video, so playlists and channel links don't work.
Can I subtitle a video without clipping it?
Yes. Pick “Don't clip” before analysis starts and you get the whole video back with subtitles burned in and an SRT file.
How long can a video be?
Up to 2 hours per video, and 10 hours of video in any 7 days, during the private beta.
Does it upload to my YouTube channel?
No. Shorts wait in your review queue and you download what you keep. Clips are prepared for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels.
What does it cost?
It is free during the private beta. Pricing for later hasn't been set, and beta testers will hear about it first.
That long video already has a Short in it.
